Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 300 g low fat yogurt
  • ¼ cup hazelnut chopped
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • cup goji berries
  • cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup lite milk
  • 1 apple finely diced or grated
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients into a large container and mix well.
  • Place a lid on the container then transfer to the fridge to soak overnight or for at least a few hours.
  • Serve with topping of choice such as more yogurt, fresh fruit and nuts.
