Healthy No Bake Fudge Brownies Recipe

I’ve come up with these no bake healthy fudge brownies. You literally just need to mix everything together, press it into a tin and it basically sets straight away. Just need to give it 5 minutes in the fridge after the chocolate drizzle and that’s it!

1 cup/100g oat flour ½ cup cashew butter you can use any nut butter ⅓ cup maple syrup 3 tablespoon dark roasted cacao powder ½ cup chocolate chips + 2 tablespoon for the top 1 teaspoon coconut oil/another neutral oil ½ teaspoon sea salt flakes
Mix the oat flour, cashew butter, maple syrup and cacao powder until well combined then mix through the chocolate chips
Press down into a small tin or rectangle container
Carefully remove from the container and flip it so the smooth side is on the top then cut into 8 pieces
Melt the rest of the chocolate chips with the oil and drizzle on top then sprinkle with sea salt
Let the chocolate set for 5 minutes in the fridge and enjoy!
