Ingredients for Healthy No-Bake Fudge Brownies Recipe
Here's what you'll need to make these easy, vegan, no bake brownies

- Oat flour: It’s the wholesome backbone of these brownies, giving them a hearty texture and packing in the fiber.
- Cashew butter: Brings creaminess and richness without the need for dairy, making these brownies suitable for vegans or those with lactose intolerance.
- Maple syrup: Sweetens the brownies naturally, bypassing refined sugars for a healthier alternative.
- Dark roasted cacao powder: Infuses that deep, decadent chocolate flavor, satisfying even the most intense cravings.
- Chocolate chips: They're the pocket-sized bursts of chocolatey joy, adding texture and richness to every bite.
- Coconut oil: helping melt the chocolate for the drizzle.
- Sea salt flakes: The pinch of salt on top balances out the sweetness, elevating the flavors to a whole new level.

Substitutions
- Almond Butter: Swap cashew butter with almond butter for a nutty twist and an alternative flavor profile.
- Agave Syrup: If maple syrup isn't your jam, agave syrup makes a perfect substitute with its similar consistency and sweetness.
- Gluten-Free Oats: For those with gluten sensitivities, opt for certified gluten-free oats to keep these brownies friendly to all dietary needs.
Variations
- Peanut Butter Bliss: Replace cashew butter with peanut butter for a more classic combo. Top with chopped peanuts for an extra crunch.
- Coconut Chocolate Chip: Mix in shredded coconut to the brownie batter and sprinkle extra on top for a tropical twist on the classic brownie flavor.
- Berry Burst: Fold in dried berries like cranberries or cherries for a fruity pop in every bite. Drizzle with melted white chocolate for an added layer of sweetness.

FAQ
Absolutely! You can substitute oat flour with regular flour, whole wheat flour, or any other flour of your choice. I would recommend toasting the flour first though, raw flour can be dangerous to eat.
Of course, if you're not a fan of chocolate chips, you can leave them out or replace them with chopped nuts or dried fruit.
These brownies can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. But trust me, they probably won't last that long!

These are genuinely delicious and fudgy and come together so quickly with very simple ingredients. You can also just blend up some rolled oats instead of buying oat flour - I put the oats in a blender or food processer until fine, however it may not be as smooth/fine as the store bought stuff. I've tried this with peanut, almond and sunflower seed butter as well as honey in place of maple syrup and all variations are amazing! Perfect dessert for any occasion since it can be made gluten/nut/egg/dairy free!
