Honey Soy Chicken Wings are a delicious combination of sweet and savoury flavours that make them a hit at any gathering. Perfectly marinated and baked to a caramelised, crispy finish, these wings are not only delicious but also incredibly easy to prepare.
Preheat oven to 200C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Add the chicken to a container with the rest of the ingredients, excluding the chives. Put the lid on the container and give it a good shake to ensure all of the chicken is evenly coated. Let this sit on your kitchen bench and marinade for 30 minutes.
Transfer the marinated chicken to the baking tray (along with all the extra juices/marinade from the container), arrange the wings on the tray so that the skin is facing up. Bake for 25 - 35 minutes until the the wings are caramelised, well browned and a little crispy around the edges.
Transfer to a serving plate, top with the chives and enjoy!
