Ingredients

  • 90g / 1 cup oats rolled or quick oats, or 90g oat flour
  • 2 tablespoon matcha powder
  • ½ cup cashew butter
  • cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Blend the oats in a high speed blender until a powder/flour consistency is formed. (skip this step if using oat flour)
  • Mix the oat flour and matcha powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the cashew butter and maple syrup and mix with a spatula. (It may be easier to use your hands for this)
  • Add the white chocolate and mix again until well combined.
  • Roll into 10 - 12 little balls. Enjoy!

Notes

Achieving the Perfect Consistency: If the mixture feels too dry, add a teaspoon of extra maple syrup at a time. If it’s too wet, sprinkle in more oat flour. This will ensure the bliss balls are easy to roll.
