This recipe was inspired by my Matcha White Chocolate Cookies and my Peanut Butter Bliss Balls. In fact, these Matcha Cookie Dough Bliss Balls are basically a blend of these two recipes! I loooove my matcha cookie recipe but if I want something 10 times quicker to make and slightly on the healthier side, these Matcha Cookie Dough Bliss Balls are perfect.

Ingredients
- 90g / 1 cup oats rolled or quick oats, or 90g oat flour
- 2 tablespoon matcha powder
- ½ cup cashew butter
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend the oats in a high speed blender until a powder/flour consistency is formed. (skip this step if using oat flour)
- Mix the oat flour and matcha powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add the cashew butter and maple syrup and mix with a spatula. (It may be easier to use your hands for this)
- Add the white chocolate and mix again until well combined.
- Roll into 10 - 12 little balls. Enjoy!
