300 g/ 3 bananas banana ripe 75 g/ ⅓ cup salted butter melted 100 g/ ½ cup caster sugar 1 egg beaten 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon bicarb soda ½ teaspoon sea salt 185 g/ 1 ½ cups plain flour 150 g/ 1 cup dark choc chips
Line a loaf tin with baking paper and preheat oven to 180C.
In a mixing bowl add the banana and mash with a fork.
Add the rest of the ingredients (excluding the choc chips) and mix until combined then fold in the choc chips.
Pour the mixture into the loaf tin and bake for 45 - 55 minutes, until golden brown and a skewer comes out clean.
Allow to cool for 10 - 15 then slice up and enjoy!
