Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bliss Balls are a delightful and nutritious snack that combines the classic flavours of peanut butter and chocolate. Perfect for a quick energy boost or a healthy treat, these bliss balls are easy to make and require no baking.
100g/1 cuprolled oatsor quick oats. Or 100g of oat flour
½cuppeanut butternatural, smooth
⅓cupmaple syrup
½cupchocolate chips
½teaspoonsea salt flakes
Instructions
Add the oats to a high speed blender and blend on high for 1 minute to make oat flour. If you already have oat flour skip this step (oats are typically cheaper than oat flour though!)
Add the oat flour, peanut butter, maple and salt to a mixing bowl and mix well to combine. The mixture may get a bit stiff so it's a bit easier if you mix and mash with your hands.
Add the chocolate chips and fold them in.
Roll into balls and enjoy!
Notes
Consistency Check: If the mixture is too dry, add a little more peanut butter or a splash of milk. If it's too wet, add a bit more oat flour until you achieve the desired consistency.
Mixing with Hands: Using your hands to mix and mash the ingredients ensures everything is well combined and makes it easier to form the balls.
Storage: Store the bliss balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will firm up and become even more delicious after a few hours of chilling.
