Pistachio Cream is a decadent and luxurious spread that combines the nutty richness of pistachios with the sweet creaminess of white chocolate. Only using two ingredients, this simple recipe is perfect for adding a gourmet touch to your favourite desserts, breakfasts, or snacks.

- 240 g pistachios
- 200 g white chocolate
Preheat oven to 150C.
Spread the pistachios over a baking tray and roast in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes then allow them to cool for 5 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate and leave aside.
Add them to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until a pistachio butter starts to form.
Add the melted white chocolate to the blender and continue to blend for a couple of minutes until it gets super smooth.
Transfer to a jar and serve with your fave sweet treats!
