Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup tahini hulled
  • cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup flax meal
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt flakes

Instructions
 

  • Add the oats, tahini, maple and flax meal to a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Line a loaf tin with baking paper and then press the oat mixture firmly into the tin, trying to make it as compact and flat as possible.
  • Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe dish and microwave in 15 - 20 second increments until the chocolate is melted. Ensure the coconut oil is mixed thoroughly into the melted chocolate.
  • Pour the chocolate over the oats and spread evenly. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt flakes then let it set in the fridge or freezer for 15 - 20 minutes. Cut into bars and enjoy!
