How to make these Tahini Oat Bars

Combine oats, maple syrup, tahini and flax meal in a bowl

Press into a lined loaf tin

Pour over the melted chocolate then sprinkle over some sea salt

Set in the fridge or freezer, chop into bars and enjoy!
Hint: Adding a teaspoon of coconut oil to the melted chocolate will stop the chocolate from cracking into unwanted pieces when cutting into bars. The addition of a small amount of oil means you'll get a nice clean slice.
Substitutions
- Nut Butter: If you don't have tahini, you can use almond butter, peanut butter, or any other nut butter of your choice.
- Honey: Substitute honey for maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavour.
- Different Chocolate: Feel free to use milk chocolate or white chocolate chips instead of dark chocolate for a different flavour profile.

This is now one of my go-to snacks! Love these so much. I've substituted almond and cashew butter a few times and it's just as delicious.

Anything I can substitute for the coconut oil?
