Teriyaki Tofu Fillets Recipe
Sarah
One of my favourite ways to enjoy tofu is to serve it as a fillet because the sauce in the scored tofu helps the tofu absorb heaps of flavour! And its just a fun way to enjoy tofu!
I served mine with sautéed veggies and cashews, and a nice serving of white rice. So good! The perfect high protein recipe for a week night dinner or meal prep too.
You could also marinate the tofu for a few hours or overnight!
