    Ingredients
      

    • 240 g pistachios
    • 200 g white chocolate

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat oven to 150C.
    • Spread the pistachios over a baking tray and roast in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes then allow them to cool for 5 minutes.
    • Melt the white chocolate and leave aside.
    • Add them to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until a pistachio butter starts to form.
    • Add the melted white chocolate to the blender and continue to blend for a couple of minutes until it gets super smooth.
    • Transfer to a jar and serve with your fave sweet treats!
