Instructions

- Step 1: Pour the oil into the tray and heat the oil in the oven.

Ingredients
- 2 cans butter beans rinsed and drained
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 bulb garlic / 8+ cloves separated and peeled
- 1 sprig rosemary just the leaves
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Add the oil to a baking dish and place in the oven for the oil to heat up for 15 minutes.
- Take the tray out of the oven and add the beans, onion, garlic, rosemary leaves and salt to the oil. Give it a good mix then place back in the oven.
- Roast for 25 - 35 minutes, tossing half way through. When they are super golden brown and crispy they are ready.
- Eat as is as a little snack, entre or side dish.
