    Instructions

    1. Step 1: Pour the oil into the tray and heat the oil in the oven.
    1. Step 2: Add the beans, onion, garlic, rosemary and salt.

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 cans butter beans rinsed and drained
    • 1 red onion thinly sliced
    • 1 bulb garlic / 8+ cloves separated and peeled
    • 1 sprig rosemary just the leaves
    • 1 teaspoon sea salt
    • ¼ cup olive oil

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat oven to 200C.
    • Add the oil to a baking dish and place in the oven for the oil to heat up for 15 minutes.
    • Take the tray out of the oven and add the beans, onion, garlic, rosemary leaves and salt to the oil. Give it a good mix then place back in the oven.
    • Roast for 25 - 35 minutes, tossing half way through. When they are super golden brown and crispy they are ready.
    • Eat as is as a little snack, entre or side dish.
