I love these and make them all the time for a healthier snack. I’ve subbed the oats for almond flour to make them coeliac friendly for the office too and they are just as good!

These look amazing!! I was wondering if there was an alternative to peanut butter? Would Biscoff or another spread work? I’m just wondering as they look like fantastic lunch box treats but we can’t use peanut/nut products.

Thank you! Yes I think Biscoff would work, I haven't tried it though sorry. It could possibly turn out a little dryer or more moist? But don't see why it wouldn't work. Can you take seeds to school? You could swap peanut butter for tahini or sunflower seed butter 🙂

Hello- do you recommend an alternative to soy crisps? Not sure if my local supermarket stocks them? Thanks 🙂

hello! I get my soy crisps from Coles in/near the health food section. Otherwise puffed rice would be good too! Or even rice bubbles
